We start with an in-person workshop. I guide you through some creative exercises that help us identify the traits and boundaries of your brand voice.
After the workshop, I go through my notes, the recording of our day, and any creative work you produced. From here, I extract the brand voice (because we’re not really inventing anything – it’s already in you!) and turn this into an actionable set of tone of voice guidelines.
I’ll give you the guidelines, and support with implementation, so you and your team can put it into action right away.

We’ll start with a workshop where I can get to know you, what the business does, and what your customers want. I’ll ask you lots of questions and take copious notes – these will inform the website copy.
I’ll draft outlines for all pages, for you to approve before we get started on the actual writing. Once approved, I draft the copy, send it over to you, and we do two rounds of revisions til it’s perfect.
